Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Smyrna

Very nice hotel. Absolutely lovely staff. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you Ms. April and Ms. Mary. Thank you for your help and kindness and loving on our puppy. We look forward to coming back.

The welcoming staff members are eager to assist. The breakfast was fresh, with ideal options. They have a mini-mart. The ice vending machine has a tap for water as well. The rooms were very clean, water pressure was fantastic, and housekeeping was excellent. It's a beautiful location to get to Nashville downtown or if going towards Murfreesboro. There are several restaurants within a 5-minute drive distance. I recommend.

This Budget hotel just outside of Nashville is clean and well maintained. The staff are very responsive. I did have a little trouble my first night of stay with the heater going out and blowing cold air. However, the front desk were very responsive to come check it out and help me move to another room in the middle of the night. There is no restaurant in this hotel, but their sister property across the parking lot has a limited but decent menu. Full breakfast is acceptable. Hotel scrambled eggs waffles, most of the things you'd expect. They served kielbasa sausage instead of bacon. I found this curious but it did the job!

Not the best or the worst. Clean but a little noisy. Near de highway. Stayed with my dog paying the fee.

I can say that the staff was one of the most friendly group that I've dealt with while traveling across the country. The hotel is clean and everything was spotless. Easy to get to off the highway. And some good restaurants close by including at cracker barrel. I will stay there again.

I spent two weeks here on a business trip and it was very quiet and the staff was terrific very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned regularly and very well done. The room smelled fresh and the breakfast was pretty good. The gym was small but you could move a few things around to make enough space to get it done. Thanks for a great stay.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Smyrna in Room 203 while celebrating my daughter’s 9th birthday with a small swim party. Although we experienced an unexpected issue at first that disrupted our plans, I want to share how impressed I was with the way the team handled it. After the situation was brought to their attention, management and staff truly went above and beyond to make things right. They offered sincere apologies, compensated us with reward points, and most importantly, they showed genuine kindness and care. AGM Shelby and Ms. Mary at the front desk were especially wonderful. They were attentive, understanding, and took the time to personally ensure my daughter still felt special on her big day, including the two pm shift front desk staff members. The front desk team and the staff ladies all came together to sing Happy Birthday to her and even gave her a gift as we were leaving. That moment meant more to us than they probably realize. What could have remained a disappointing experience turned into something memorable because of their compassion and customer service. It’s rare to see a team come together like that, and I truly appreciate the effort they made for my family. Thank you all for your kindness and for turning my daughter’s birthday around. Perfect for the traveler who wants to avoid the hustle and traffic of Nashville hotels. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Very hot water, good water preasure, and quiet hallways. Breakfast was hot and/or cold with plenty of options. Easy on and off highway location. "Roll Tide" checked us in and he was delightful. Hampton is always our "go to" when. traveling.
